We test every item before it leaves our shop, so problems are rare. But if anything goes wrong in the first 7 days, you’re covered.

You can return it if…

  • The product has a fault or doesn’t work properly.
  • It’s not what you ordered — wrong model, specs or color.
  • It doesn’t match the description or condition shown on our website.
  • You simply changed your mind — as long as it’s returned in the same condition.

The warranty doesn’t cover…

  • Physical damage after delivery — drops, cracks, broken screens or ports.
  • Liquid damage, burns or electrical damage from wrong chargers / power surges.
  • Items opened, repaired or modified by someone else, or with our warranty sticker removed.
  • Missing box, charger, cables or accessories that came with the product.
  • Software problems, viruses or data loss (please back up your files).
  • Claims made after 7 days from delivery.

    Our team checks your claim and replies quickly with the next steps.

  3. Return the item

    Bring it to our shop in Abbottabad, or send it back by courier with everything it came with.

  4. Get your refund

    Once we receive and check it, we refund your money or send a replacement — your choice.

Return delivery costIf the product is faulty or wrong, we pay the return delivery. If you changed your mind, the return delivery is paid by you.
Original delivery chargesRefunded in full if the product is faulty or wrong; not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

The product with everything it came with — charger, cables, box and accessories — plus your order number. Pack it safely to avoid damage on the way.
